With the RingGo app, you can quickly and easily pay for parking by phone in any RingGo car parking zone in the UK.
Do you have trouble with the RingGo App Not Working, or does it not work for you? Or the RingGo app crashes, doesn’t load, or you can’t sign in. Don’t worry, you’re not on your own. A lot of people have the same problem.
Problems With The Ringgo App And How To Fix Them
I’m getting black screen / white screen (blank screen) when I open RingGo?
- It is one of the most common problems with cell phones and tablets. When you open an app, you usually see a black screen for a few seconds, and then the app crashes, with or without an error message. There are not many ways to fix this.
- Most of the time, it could be a short-term problem with loading. You just need to press the phone’s recent apps menu, which is usually the first button on the left. Then, you close the app that’s giving you trouble. Open the app once more. It might work fine.
- Try turning your iPhone or iPad back on. To restart your device, hold down the power button for a few seconds and then choose restart from the menu. You can now try to open the app. It might work now.
- If none of these work, you can wait until your phone’s battery runs out and it turns off on its own. After that, plug it in and hit the power button. After this, it might work.
- Lastly, if nothing else works, you may need to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. If you’ve turned on iCloud backup before, iOS usually gives you the option to restore settings and content from an iCloud backup.
- Even reinstalling doesn’t work in some rare cases. If that’s the case, try installing older versions of the app. Good luck!

Why Do We Have To Do This?
The people who work at RingGo are very concerned about your safety. As mobile phones and their operating systems get older, they can become more vulnerable or can’t use the latest security features.

Older phones, especially those with older operating systems, may not be able to install the latest version of our app or get to our updated mobile website in some rare cases.
If you are one of the affected customers with an older Operating System, you can still pay for your parking on the RingGo website or through an automated phone line by calling 020 3046 0010 or the number on the parking signs and stickers.
The latest version of the RingGo app can be found in the Appstore. If your iOS device is running Operating System 12.0 or later, you can update to this version. The equivalent Operating System for Android devices is 4.4 or later.
